LONG STAFF SEMINAR

Black Belts and anyone with long-staff experience, please join us on Saturday, June 2 from 2-4 p.m. for a special Long Staff Seminar with Master Pappas and Master Kravitz. This session will focus on the partner version of the Paldahn-Keumbang form. A cookout on the back patio will follow. The cost for the seminar is $25 and includes dinner.
